Misalignment
in the foot in motion causes more exaggerated overcompensation along
limbs and through joints farther up the body. The result is poor
posture and unnecessary wear on joints. The thousands of unnoticed,
repetitive actions attempting to correct alignment cause fatigue
and ultimately discomfort.
Ideally, a smooth, balanced gait occurs on a neutral plane. With
the foot and body properly aligned, you feel strong and comfortable
much longer.
